Job Responsibilities

  • Manage data cleansing and update, including de‐duplication, merging, etc.
  • Maintain CRM contact data records for the organization
  • Search for means to improve the functionality and accuracy of the data
  • Create and manage CRM export and import processes
  • Manage integrations between CRM and other platforms
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
  • Preparing list segmentations and data reports
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Working with the team to plan and implement a mid‐to‐long term strategy to improve the use of software across all business requirements
  • Other duties as assigned


Required qualifications and skills: 

  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Min 2 years of experience of working with CRM systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and mature approach to the role
  • Attention to detail
  • Punctual
