Responsibilities
- Manage data cleansing and
update, including de‐duplication, merging, etc.
- Maintain CRM contact data
records for the organization
- Search for means to
improve the functionality and accuracy of the data
- Create and manage CRM
export and import processes
- Manage integrations
between CRM and other platforms
- Working closely with all
departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
- Preparing list
segmentations and data reports
- Ensuring the database is
segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Working with the team to
plan and implement a mid‐to‐long term strategy to improve the use of software
across all business requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Required
qualifications and skills:
- Strong English oral and
written communication skills
- Technical proficiency and
knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Min 2 years of experience
of working with CRM systems
- Excellent time management
skills
- A strong team player with
a proactive, flexible and mature approach to the role
- Attention to detail
- Punctual
