Job Description

Litokol is looking for B2B sales specialist  who will be responsible for seeking and building relationships with corporate decision-makers to sell a product. Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends

• Develop and implement effective strategic plans for product.

• Build trust relationships and negotiate with partners to achieve better pricing and quality of services

Requirements

• Higher education (preferable in business administration, technical fields)

• Work experience as category manager, B2B or similar role will be plus

• Proficient in MS Office

• Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles

• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods

• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
