Spa Manager

Grand Hotel Yerevan is looking for Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our spa operations

Key responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in enhancing the guest experience.

• Ensure, that hotel’s spa operations meet the highest standards of quality and service.

• Upsell treatments, products, and services.

• Coach staff in developing selling skills.

• Assist and supervise all spa team members.

• Create a weekly staff schedule,

• Check inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels on hand as per the forecast.

• Prepare monthly reports ensuring all statistics are accurate.

• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations throughout the Spa.

• Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained at all times.

• Handle guest complaints or special requirements.

• Monitor and analyze the products and services of competitive Spas and to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Conduct stock control on a regular basis to ensure permanent availability of all required SPA items in stock.

• Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the Spa and health club area to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

• Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa’s operation.

Required skills & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree;

• Diploma in hotel/hospitality management is a plus;

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or a well-established SPA brand;

• Strong sales skills;

• Ability to take charge and solve problems independently;

• Ability to set objectives for the team;

• Be organized and detail-oriented;

• Customer oriented attitude;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Flexible and dynamic problem solver;

• Fluency in Russian and English languages.
