What are we expecting from You during Your shift?

• Contact customers by telephone to introduce services in English or in German
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Identify customer need, provide the customers with valuable solutions
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule

Must have

• Advanced English or German
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good and effective negotiation skills and orientation on the result is must
• Eager to learn sales techniques

Nice to have

• Mature and proactive approach
• Accountability and responsibility
• Flexibility and agility/ ability to learn fast
• No multitasking, but ability to change the focus quickly
• Think outside the box
• Emotional intelligence

Shift 1: 1pm - 9pm

Shift 2: 9pm - 5am

Shift 3: 5am - 1pm
