English Speaking Incoming Tour Manager

Nueva Vista DMC & Tour Operator is looking for an experienced, English-speaking Incoming Tour Manager to join our team in Yerevan. If you're passionate about Armenian culture and history, thrive on organizing seamless travel experiences, and have a strong track record managing tours, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Plan and calculate detailed tour itineraries based on client and partner requirements
• Create and develop itineraries for our international partners
• Coordinate and communicate with local guides, drivers, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure smooth tour execution
• Manage day-to-day email correspondence with partners and clients
• Oversee tours on the ground, resolving any issues that arise during operation
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction throughout the travel experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tour Manager
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both with international partners and local suppliers
• Solid knowledge of Armenia's tourist destinations, culture, and logistics
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive situations calmly

Location: Vardanants 14, Yerevan, Armenia

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00
