- taking bookings and explaining the terms of rental or leasing agreements
- completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments
- showing customers to their vehicle and pointing out any bumps, scrapes or special features
- checking mileage and inspecting for damage when vehicles are returned
- providing ongoing service and sales support, if you deal with regular business leasing accounts
- working to resolve overdue car rentals
- handling clients' questions or complaints
- explain the controls of the rental cars to customers and provide them with directions and tourist information when necessary
- check returned cars to log kilometres travelled and for any damage, enter details into a computer and present final accounts to customers
- note any car problems encountered by customers and follow up with appropriate action
- arrange for cars to be cleaned and refueled, ready for the next customer
- arrange for cars to be ready for customers at the rental office or delivered to their hotels or places of business
- are usually required to work shifts, including weekends and non working hours, and especially at airports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in Russian language;
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Presence of driving license,
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making skills,
- Excellent organizational and communication skills,
- High sense of responsibility and attention to details.
