Job Description
• Day-to-day tasks regarding hotel updates (stop sales, promotions etc.)
• Investigating and resolving queries with hotels or clients.
• Understanding the hotel contracts
• Upload hotel contracts and all related details like cancellation policy, child policy, payment policy into the platform
• B2B reservations system management and module development
• Working closely with Contracting team to ensure timely system loadings, accuracy of all contracts
• Provide updated information like the hotel rates, stop sale, free sale etc. to the requesting parties
Required qualifications and skills:
• Excellent command of English
• University degree
• Stress tolerance and attention to details
• Uploading skills
• Good with numbers and calculations
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to meet deadlines in an efficient manner
• Punctuality
