TATIOSA is looking for a proactive, energetic & smart individual to fill the position of Sales Account Associate Full time, and become a part of a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with existing and potential corporate customers through building up a long-term cooperation with them.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs.
- Manage Customer-business communication
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
- Working closely with all departments e.g. sales, engineers, senior management to address customers’ needs
- Explore the competitive market and understand its trends.
- Participate in the strategic planning of the sales in accordance with the business goals of the company.
Skills and qualifications:
- Excellent command of English, Armenian & Russian languages (written and spoken)
- Computer proficiency; familiarity with Google apps is a plus
- Have analytical problem solving skills
- Be able to do at least basic calculations fast and able to think critically
- Be able to work in a team as well as independently
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Be able to proficiently write emails to customers and team members
- Possess strong communication skills and pay attention to details
