Required qualifications and skills:
- Excellent command of English
- University degree in Economics or in a related field
- Stress tolerance and attention to detail

- Skills with contract uploads or reservations systems is a big advantage
- Work Experience: obligatory/ min. 2 years of experience
Job Description
- Day-to-day tasks regarding hotel updates (stop sales, promotions etc.)
- Investigating and resolving queries with hotels or clients.
- B2B reservations system management and module development
- Working closely with Contracting team to ensure timely system loadings, accuracy of all contracts
- Support Product Management / Marketing to ensure our b2b products and services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions (support to create promotional newsletters).
- Serve as the point of contact for hotels on contractual matters.
- Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties and support clear implementation.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, clients contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all hotels.
- Provide updated information like the hotel rates, stop sale, free sale etc. to the requesting parties
