Reservations Manager

Nueva Vista DMC is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our professional team.

Location: Vardanants , Yerevan, Armenia.

Specialization: Hotel Reservations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in hotel reservations or a related field
• Excellent command of Excel and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of B2B email etiquette and professional communication
• Experience handling calls and correspondence with partners
• Ability to organize and maintain folders for upcoming tour groups and individual travelers
• Languages: Armenian, Russian, and English – fluent in both written and spoken forms
