These terms and conditions set forth the rules for using the website TheJobs.am, the rights and responsibilities of the parties. By using or accessing TheJobs.am, you agree to the following terms.
The users of TheJobs.am are divided into two groups:
1. Users of the website: employers and job seekers.
2. Website visitors (guests)
The job seeker uses the site for searching a job, posting a CV (resume) and applying for vacancies.
The employer (the company) fills in the company details after the registration and selects the appropriate package, then posts job or training announcements and looks for employees thanks to CVs (resumes) filled out by job seekers. After filling in the company information, it becomes available to the site visitors (guests) in the "Companies" section of the site.
TheJobs.am site can be used by at least 18-year-old people. Using the website before turning 18 is authorized only under the supervision of the user’s parents or any other adult responsible for the user. By using the services of TheJobs.am website, you guarantee that any information you provide is reliable and complete.
TheJobs.am is not responsible for the content of the announcements, their reliability or the damages caused by the usage of the information made available through the services of the website.
When publishing announcements, it is necessary to observe the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, to refrain from discriminating against religion, age, race, sex, social status etc.
It is forbidden to use TheJobs.am website for illegal purposes. It is also prohibited to reproduce, copy or otherwise process the information published on the website for commercial purposes.
The administrator of the website may remove the user for any illegal action. TheJobs.am may not approve the posting of ads, remove them from the site, as well as restrict access to services and deactivate your account at TheJobs.am for any of the following reasons / grounds:
1. Violations of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
2. Account deactivation application by the user.
3. Illegal actions committed by the user and the requirements of the Law enforcement agencies. 4. Non-payment for your services
5. Restrictions which may be required to prevent potential hazards due to technical or safety issues.
Privacy Policy
When using the public parts of the site, you are not obliged to provide any personal information about yourself, we do not control or collect any personally identifiable information when using the site. TheJobs.am website ensures confidentiality of the data provided by you when using the inaccessible parts of the site.
TheJobs.am only collects information about job seekers and Employers which is displayed on TheJobs.am and is needed to look for a job/employee.
Once the CV has been completed, it will only be available to the employers. The latter will have the opportunity to find a proper specialist. Any material, post or any information you provide related to your CV becomes available to the employers. Therefore, we urge you to post realistic information as close to the real picture as possible to avoid further misunderstandings. TheJobs.am does not use the User Information for any purpose (ex. improving the quality of services provided).
TheJobs.am cannot provide User Information to any third party, except in the following cases:
1. Your direct consent has been given for that.
2. It is envisaged by the current legislation in the manner prescribed by law or is carried out according to a court decision.
We are not responsible for the personal information you provide to us made available to third parties by you.
TheJobs.am does not collect any information about the device from which the website was accessed, as well as information about the web browser and IP address, schedule, computer cookies.
You have the right to request to delete your personal data by writing an email to [email protected].
The personal data downloaded by users (job seekers) on TheJobs.am website is processed and stored exclusively by employers to view employees resumes and offer possible jobs. The personal data filled in by job seekers are available only to employers registered on the site, approved by us.
Personal data downloaded into the site database during the operation of the site is not used for other purposes. Jobseekers personal data is stored in a database hosted on a server and is backed up daily.
Each user on the site can personally remove their personal data (resume) from their page and they will be removed from our database and will no longer be available, or they can contact the site administrator via [email protected] and the data will be removed by the administrator.
The administration of the site guarantees the privacy of the personal data downloaded by the users (job seekers) in accordance with the requirements defined by the Republic of Armenia legislation.
TheJobs.am may email its Users via email or other means of communication from time to time and request updates about User’s data.
TheJobs.am has security systems designed to protect User Information from loss, damage, or unauthorized use by any third party.
We may completely or partially change our privacy policy from time to time. If the latter is changed or supplemented, an updated version of the Privacy Policy will be published on our website with the modified publication date. The changes take effect upon posting on the site. Afterwards, the use of our website means that you accept the changes to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
We do our best to protect your personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, publication, sharing, or other illegal activities with it by others. However, it is highly unlikely that the privacy of the personal information we receive may be compromised, but if that happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
