Junior IT Project Manager

• Manage projects through all phases of the software development life cycle, from project initiation to post implementation activities
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Make project planning, progress tracking and communicate project status and risks to internal and external management teams
• Prepare status reports by gathering and analyzing relevant information
• Work closely with software development and engineering teams, motivate and share policies and procedures to ensure the success

• 1 year of experience in IT project management
• Written and verbal communication skills

• Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall
• Experience with project and task management tools, such as: Jira, Trello, etc.
  
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
  
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team environment
  
• Self-motivated and action-oriented
  
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  
• Technical background, with understanding experience in software development and web technologies is a big plus
  
• At least Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is a plus
