Job Responsibilities
Manage data cleansing and update, including
de‐duplication, merging, etc.
Maintain CRM contact data records for the organization
Search for means to improve the functionality
and accuracy of the data
Create and manage CRM export and import
processes
Manage integrations between CRM and other
platforms
Working closely with all departments to
ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
Preparing list segmentations and data reports
Ensuring the database is segmented
effectively for targeted marketing activities
Working with the team to plan and implement a
mid‐to‐long term strategy to improve the
use of software across all business requirements
Other duties as assigned
Required
qualifications and skills:
Strong English oral and written communication
skills
Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Min 2 years of experience of working with CRM
systems
Excellent time management skills
A strong team player with a proactive,
flexible and mature approach to the role
Attention to detail
