4Steps is looking for an IT Sales Manager to join our growing team, help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Job responsibilities
Create and manage a potential customers base by attracting new clients,
Present, promote and sell 4Steps services to prospective clients,
Finding new international customers and generating new leads,
Study customer needs, problems and interests,
Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals,
Write business letters /proposals, conduct mailing,
Provide detailed information to customers about the offered products,
Creating and implementing a sales plan,
Analyzing sales data,
Promote the company's products and services.
Required qualifications
Higher education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required,
At least 2 years of work experience in sales, in the sphere of IT sales preferred,
Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written),
Understanding the specifics of the IT market,
Ability to find an individual approach to each customer,
Strong communication and presentation skills,
Strong problem-solving skills,
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities,
Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project,
Highly motivated, well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality.
