SignifyApp (Georgian Based) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer with a proven track record in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and market analysis.
- Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and present business proposals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business development and sales (B2B)
- Knowledge of Russian or English Languages both spoken and written
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
