What are we expecting from You during Your shift?

Support CRM strategy.

Managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions

Make best-practices recommendations to all teams which use the CRM solution.

Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company’s brand value.

Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately

Must have

Ability to work by shifts

Advanced English

Excel knowledge

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Eager to learn CRM techniques

Nice to have

Mature and proactive approach

Accountability and responsibility

Flexibility and agility/ ability to learn fast

No multitasking, but ability to change the focus quickly
