Group of companies "WELES" is looking for a candidate for the position of “BUSINESS ASSISTANT” with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, who will manage company’s daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- provision of general nature information to requests;
- filing and retrieving corporate records, databases and directories;
- reading and analyzing incoming correspondence and distributing them as needed;
- monitoring of internal and external markets;
- answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages;
- cooperation with existing partners;
- drafting requests, searching for new partners and developing a network of existing contacts;
- work with transport companies, checking the execution of transport documents.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- at least 2 years of work experience;
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- reporting and analytical skills;
- communication skills;
- ability to perform multiple tasks;
- time management skills;
- customer-oriented;
- fluent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- experience in sales and/or import will be an advantage.
