Job responsibilities

  • Greet corporate visitors in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and notifies staff when visitors have arrived.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfers calls to appropriate offices/staff.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness of the office.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.


Required qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of OPERA PMS will be considered as a plus
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizing and planning.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
