Our company is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Head of Sales to be responsible for directing our sales team, to improve their performance and help them to achieve their goals. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets and find ways to increase the company's revenue and sales.

To be a successful on this position, you should be a natural leader and have the ability to inspire and motivate your workforce. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.

 

Becoming our best Haed of Sales, your main Responsibilities will be

  • ·         Researching new markets and using the data to forecast sales, set performance goals and review strategies to increase revenue
  • ·         Match clients with the right products and perform demonstrations, with the aim of generating sales
  • ·         Use every conceivable opportunity to cross-sell
  • ·         Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients
  • ·         Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • ·         Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • ·         Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • ·         Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
  • ·         Establish a sales training program to train new employees
  • ·         Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems
  • ·         Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.

 

Main Requirements you need

  • ·         Higher education in Management,Marketing, or related field
  • ·         Professional experience as Head of Sales or Sales Team Lead with more than 4 years
  • ·         Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
  • ·         Excellent negotiation,leadership and sales skills
  • ·         Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • ·         Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • ·         Ability to analyze market trends
  • ·         Ability to remain professional
  • ·         Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
