to be responsible for directing our sales team, to improve their performance
and help them to achieve their goals. In this position, you will be responsible
for meeting our annual sales targets and find ways to increase the company's
revenue and sales.
To be a successful on this position, you should be a natural leader and
have the ability to inspire and motivate your workforce. You should have
excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain
relationships with current and potential customers.

Researching new markets and using
the data to forecast sales, set performance goals and review strategies to
increase revenue

Match clients with the right
products and perform demonstrations, with the aim of generating sales

Use every conceivable opportunity
to cross-sell

Lead and motivate staff to improve
customer service with clients
- ·
Design and implement strategic
plans to reach sales targets
- ·
Cultivate lasting relationships
with customers to grow customer loyalty
- ·
Develop and promote weekly, monthly
and quarterly sales objectives
- ·
Work with customers to better
understand their business needs and goals
- ·
Establish a sales training program
to train new employees
- ·
Providing sales staff with
constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems
- ·
Motivating the sales staff and
creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
