Consular Officer

A consulate operating in the Republic of Armenia announces a vacancy for a Consular Officer on a permanent basis to work at its office located in Yerevan.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Consular Officer will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the organization and implementation of diplomatic and consular services;
• Providing consular assistance to foreign nationals residing in or visiting the Republic
• of Armenia;
• Participating in initiatives aimed at the development and strengthening of bilateral
• relations;
• Supporting cultural, educational, and public exchange programs;
• Carrying out administrative, organizational, and documentation-related duties of the
• consulate.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant knowledge and skills in the field of diplomatic and consular activities;
• Experience in working with citizens or in a customer service–related field;
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of international relations and diplomacy;
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment;
• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in International Relations, Political
• Science, or a related field.
