English Speaking Incoming Tour Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Tour Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in English ( knowledge of second foreign language will be a plus) and will be responsible for managing and overseeing tours, ensuring that our clients have the best possible travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage tours from start to finish.
•  Coordinate with local guides, transportation providers, and accommodation services. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Ensure all tours run smoothly and according to schedule.
• Handle logistics and administrative tasks related to tours.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and cultural highlights to enhance the tour experience.
• Manage tour budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Continuously improve tour offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.

Requirements:

•  Excellent proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in tour management or a related field is a plus.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
•  Knowledge of local attractions and cultural highlights.
• A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.
