Skill Talk Academy is seeking experienced and qualified English tutors to join our team and deliver high-quality online English lessons to students.

We are looking for dedicated, professional, and motivated educators who possess strong English language skills and a commitment to supporting students in achieving their language-learning objectives.

Position Details

• Position: English Tutor
• Work Format: Fully remote
• Working Schedule: 6 days per week, 5 hours per day
• Schedule Flexibility: Tutors are responsible for organizing their own working schedules.
• Hourly Salary: An hourly compensation rate ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 AMD, depending on the course taught.
• Class Format: Individual lessons only; 
• Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per session.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have relevant English teaching experience, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to deliver structured, effective, and engaging lessons tailored to individual students’ needs.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and a responsible approach to teaching. The ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning objectives and proficiency levels will be considered an important asset.

A personal laptop is a mandatory requirement for this position, as all lessons will be delivered online. Applicants must have access to a suitable working environment to conduct remote classes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual online English lessons in accordance with the assigned course requirements.
• Prepare and deliver structured lessons tailored to students’ individual learning needs.
• Support students in developing their English language proficiency and communication skills.
• Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment.
• Ensure punctuality, consistency, and high standards of teaching quality.
