Job description:
- Higher education
- Experience in Logistics
- Independent user of Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Outstanding communication skills, client-oriented approach, basic knowledge of transportation industry
- Understanding of Company’s business activities and policies
Job responsibilities
- Coordinate airfreight shipments:
- Prepare the quotations within hours upon receipt the inquiry
- Send follow ups on issued quotations on regular basis
- Meet the customers upon request of General Manager
- Register job files upon receiving “Work Order”
- Control the return of contracts and appendixes which need to be dully signed and returned to the company prior to delivery (inbound)/dispatch (outgoing) of the goods or handling transport paperwork over to shipper/consignee or its Broker
- Handle and monitor the carriage of shipments until last phase when POD is signed and invoice is issued
- Collect the invoices from vendors and subcontractors. All invoices must be collected within 5 days upon completion the services by that vendor/subcontractor
- Send the JER/JCRs to ALA HO. All JER/JCR must be submitted within 5 days upon completion the service by the branch.
- Submit the files for invoicing within hours upon shipment dispatch (outgoing)/arrival (inbound) if other terms are not specified in the Contract
- Chase the customers on the payments. Follow ups must be sent on weekly basis within 2 days upon receipt the statement of account from Accounts
- Report to General Manager about any issues that may have negative influence on GLK Yerevan activity
- Submit all required reports (daily tracing report, monthly business reports).
