Job responsibilities

• Building relationships with freight forwarders and brokers
• Organization of cargo transportation in the USA
• Communication with local and international cargo carriers
• Organization of collection and transportation of international cargos
• Customer service and competent presentation of services
• Scheduling of deliveries

Required qualifications

• Be fluent in English: The job is mostly about building communication and organizing all the transportation details with English-speaking international customers.
• Be a problem-solver: You may need to identify issues and create solutions that help your transportation go the right way, plus being an excellent problem solver can also improve your overall work performance.
• Be a good communicator: In order to organize all the work smoothly, you’ll need to build the information accurately and make sure it’s delivered right.
• Be result-oriented: To make a better performance and achieve your best in this job, you’ll need to set a goal and do all you can to make it become your result.
• Be ambitious: You need to have a strong desire to achieve your job goals and a willingness to invest all your energy and enthusiasm to make it happen.
