The Role

We're seeking a strong Full-Stack Developer Mid/Mid+ to join our development team. You'll work on enhancing and maintaining our established data platform solutions, collaborating with our experienced team to deliver high-quality features and provide exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across both backend and frontend components
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Support and enhance existing functionality while maintaining backward compatibility

Tech Stack

Backend

• ASP.NET MVC/C# 7.3+
• Microsoft SQL Server
• NHibernate ORM
• REST APIs

Frontend

• TypeScript/jQuery (knowledge of modern frameworks is appreciated)
• HighCharts

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET development
• Strong understanding of C# and ASP.NET MVC architecture
• Experience with SQL Server and database optimization
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to understand and maintain complex codebases
• English level is B1 or higher

Great Applicants Have

• Understanding of modern FE frameworks (Vue, Angular)
• Experience with data visualization libraries
• Knowledge of .NET Core
• Experience with entity frameworks (NHibernate)
• Familiarity with Unity dependency injection
• Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of the tools (DevTools, GIT, JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD)
• Proactive, go-for-it approach. When you see something broken, you can't help but fix it.
• The desire to keep current on new industry trends and best practices, and can help guide us on what we should develop and why
• Appreciation for the need to communicate the value of technical work to non-technical audiences: explaining "why", not just "what"
• A recognition of the value of data to evaluate production environments with metrics, monitoring, and dashboards
