Job Description
- Regular and ongoing talent acquisition and recruitment-related data collection, analysis, and reporting to the HR team and other interested and authorized parties.
- Process, analyze and clean large datasets to identify insights related to people metrics and HR initiatives.
- Execute predictive analyses to identify future trends.
- Responsible for all monthly, weekly, and daily reporting to present data findings and support HR team;
- Partner with HR team to develop data models for recruitment;
- Based on the needs and data analysis propose the best key performance metrics as per the mass recruitment needs
- Develop visually compelling dashboards for the TA team on the most relevant key metrics such as quality of hire, cost per hire, effectiveness, etc.
- Advise actions to improve data quality;
- Review and analyze all the data by sources, identify gaps, and suggest solutions;
- Understand, analyze, and drive improvements for the TA database in ATS and Exce
- Support ATS and HRIS system administration for upgrades and optimization projects.
Qualifications
- Higher education, preferably in Business administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in working with large data, research, data analysis and creating analytical reports
- Full Professional Working Proficiency in English and Armenian written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is essential and proficiency with other Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in using statistical techniques
- Experience in analyzing large data and ability to present findings in a clear way
- High sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and creative thinking skills, as well as a team-player attitude.
- At least 1 year of experience in working with large data, research, data analysis and creating analytical reports
- Practical experience in data visualization tools
