Wise LLC needs Corporate Lawyer.

Salary: 300-400.000 AMD

We are excited to announce an opportunity within our legal department for the position of Corporate Lawyer. As we continue to grow and evolve, we seek a dynamic individual who is passionate about corporate law and possesses a comprehensive understanding of its intricacies.

Qualifications:

  • Higher Education in Law: The ideal candidate must hold a degree in law.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in the field of law is required. This ensures that the candidate possesses the necessary skills and insights to excel in the role.
  • Expertise in Corporate Law: A strong understanding of corporate law is essential. The candidate should be well-versed in various aspects of corporate governance, including but not limited to drafting contracts, navigating labor law, intellectual property law, tax law, civil law, migration and administrative law.
  • Proficiency in Drafting Contracts: The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in drafting a wide range of contracts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Familiarity with Corporate Documentation: The ability to prepare corporate documents for both commercial and non-commercial entities is crucial. This includes drafting founding documents, charters, amendments to founding documents, decisions of general meeting, and other essential corporate paperwork.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Russian and English languages, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to prepare documents in both languages, is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal counsel and support to the organizations on corporate matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advising on labor issues, intellectual property rights, taxation, civil matters, and administrative procedures.
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents for commercial and non-commercial entities.
  • Conducting legal due diligence, meticulously reviewing pertinent legal documents and conducting research to identify potential risks and liabilities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks effectively.
  • Ensuring adherence to migration laws and regulations, particularly in matters relating to employee immigration, work permits, and residency requirements.
