Corporate Lawyer

Qualifications

• Education: A completed university degree in law is required. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
• Experience: At least one year of professional legal experience.
• Legal Knowledge: A strong understanding of civil and corporate law, including corporate governance, contractual relationships, labor law, intellectual property, tax, migration, and administrative matters.
• Contract Drafting: Ability to draft and review contracts with accuracy and clarity.
• Corporate Documentation: Experience in, or readiness to learn, preparing founding documents, charters, amendments, and board and shareholder resolutions.
• Languages: Fluency in Armenian and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French and Russian will be considered an advantage.
• Professional Skills: Strong analytical, legal research, and communication skills, with close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing legal counsel and support on corporate, commercial, and civil law matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining corporate documentation for commercial and non-commercial entities.
• Advising on labor, intellectual property, tax, civil, migration, and administrative matters.
• Conducting legal due diligence and providing risk assessments.
• Supporting clients in protecting and advancing their legal and corporate interests
