Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator, who will be responsible for sorting and entering the information on our company databases and computer systems. Our ideal candidate must have essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets.

 Tasks in the role

· Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.

· Enter data from source documents within time limits.

· Keep information confidential.

· Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Who we are looking for

· Good written English skills (B1/B2).

· Experience using Microsoft Office Applications, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

· Attention to detail.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and precision.

· Higher education, additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
